Joanne lives in Quispamsis, NB with her husband, Alex. She has 3 children and 5 grandkids. She loves Jesus, the Beautiful One who walks with her in the trenches, trials, and the winding but beautiful pathways of life.
Brittany is a wife and the mom of two beautiful girls in Halifax, NS. She is still walking through her grief journey after losing her first husband and is discovering the truth in God’s promises each step of the way.
Dorcas is retired and lives in HRM with her husband. She has three children who have blessed her with seven awesome grandkids. She enjoys travel, new places, walking, reading and baking. Her biggest joy is knowing Jesus. She could not imagine life without him.
Kendra Goguen (LT)
Kendra lives in Dartmouth, NS, with her husband of 24 yrs and their five kids. She has been writing and filling journals since she was a teenager. She enjoys deep conversations & lively games around the kitchen table. She loves Jesus and is in pursuit of a dynamic, authentic and real relationship with Him.

Amy is a high school chemistry teacher and the proud mom of three fabulous girls. She and her family are an integral part of the community at Deep Water Church in Halifax, NS.

Cindy is a dedicated wife, mother of three adult children and nurse in Saint John, NB. She loves Jesus and wants nothing more than to serve Him.
Kelly Thomas (LT)
Kelly is a follower of Jesus, wife, mom to two gigantic teenage boys, and a pastor at Deep Water Church in Halifax, NS. She loves good coffee, a good story, and good sushi.
Ellen Moore (LT)
Ellen is a pastor’s wife and mom. Being a mom to her three daughters is her first passion, but she makes time for casual work as an admin assistant at a high school in Moncton, NB.
Heather is the mom of three awesome kids and wife of a selfless and giving husband. They live in Quispsmsis, NB where she works as a registered dietitian. She loves Jesus and wants others to experience freedom in Him.
Amy is a wife, mother of three and a lover of Jesus in Halifax NS. She is a psychologist running her own counselling practice called Crossroads. She loves work, family & enjoys connecting to the foodie inside.
Rod cofounded Well Christian Woman with his wife, Kimberly, during her struggle with cancer. After Kimberly’s death he continued her mission to provide a space for women to explore together what wellness truly means. He is a single father of 3 amazing kids and does his best to teach them what it means to be followers of Jesus.
We have a variety of guest contributors, including all of the amazing ladies that are sharing with us in the True Wellness Project. Any of our contributors may differ on various points of theology, but most importantly, they agree that Jesus is their Saviour and Lord.
